The Lambda Sigma Alumni Association is excited to announce the creation of a new scholarship for the Lambda Sigma Chapter in honor of Eric White and William Lessard. The White/Lessard Presidents Memorial Scholarship has been accepted by the TKE Educational Foundation as of October 15, 2011. This award will be available for Lambda Sigma members in good standing with both the chapter and the college.  Specific criteria for undergraduates will be available and an online application process developed in the coming weeks. Both Eric White and William Lessard were tremendous leaders of the Lambda Sigma Chapter and Keene State College. Eric White was the Student Body President as well as Chapter Prytanis.  William was the Chapter Prytanis and held the highest office in Student government as the student representative to the University System of New Hampshire’s Board of Trustees.  Sadly, both Eric and William were lost at the prime of their lives.  The Alumni of Lambda Sigma TKE offer this Award to an undergraduate member of the chapter who accepts the challenge of leadership and brotherhood displayed by both these great Lambda Sigma members.  A bio of both Eric and William will be available in the coming weeks.

Funding of the scholarship is accomplished through generous donations by Lambda Sigma Alumni and other private donors. Financial management of the program is provided by the TKE Educational Foundation.  Your donation shows a great commitment to the future success of the Lambda Sigma Chapter in the name of Eric and William.
